Let yourself give in to the faux New England theme ( What! No whale blubber to taste?) The food is decadently delicious and the staff attentive and informed (Ours was Ember. Very good.)

Worst service I have encountered. Told we could go to the bar waiting for our table, no one came to take the drinks order, bar staff ignored us. Shown to our table 30 minutes later still waiting for someone to take our order. Should have walked out then as it just kept getting worse. Food was not fantastic either.

We always get something comped to us when we go here because either the order was wrong or our wait was long. We never have complained but the manager makes time to come apologize. Great service and staff and I always appreciate any business with exceptional customer service but the menu and food options seem tired. The restaurant has been remodeled and looks great but I wish the menu would be revamped too.

This seafood isnt too shabby. I really like the buscuits and salad they serve before hand. They are fresh and its nice to have every once and awhile. Good starter for a nice meal at Red Lobster. The service is most often by a nice waitress and you get seated promptly. Usually if I go out to eat with somebody or want to have a nice brunch, Red Lobster is where I will go. I am happy with them :) Decor is nice and bathrooms are clean. They have a full bar and nice looking dessert menu as well. This would pass as a nice restaraunt for a date or anniversary! If you come on a nice night, they have outdoor seating. Even though they do have TVs they arent overbearingly loud. Try them out!

What can I say...it's Red Lobster! It is one of my hands down favorites and for me, it is a special treat to get to come eat here. Tonight was made even more fantastic by our waiter. A young man by the name Randy who was phenomenal. First question out of Randy's mouth was... Do u have any time constraints or r u just here to relax and eat? What an awesome question. And the place wasn't busy at all but I thought it was cool to know that if we were, in fact, in a hurry that he would accommodate that to the best of his ability. Special order? No problem! Request? Done! Incredible dinner with incredible service. Ask for Randy! He would be worth the extra wait!! :)

I haven't been to a Red Lobster in about four years, and after eating here recently, I remembered why i haven't returned. The food quality just doesn't match up the the prices they charge. We ordered a bunch of shrimp dishes and they were so small. They were definitely not fresh. The side dishes were on the salty side. The one dish i did enjoy was their cheese biscuits. Yum yum! Service was good. Location was great. It was right next to the hotel we stayed at.

The coconut shrimp is sooooo good. Three of us got two orders and we couldn't even eat it all. Unfortunately we could not take the leftovers because we were staying in a hotel without a fridge. And I discovered an awesome new drink here: Boston iced tea (iced tea and cranberry juice) which is also very good. I was surprised at the prices, too; I expected them to be higher.
